岗位职责：: basic acabilities:
1. electrical part/component design, wk out drawings  technical documents.
电气零,部件设计，图纸绘制以及技术文件编制
2. design improvement  cost reduction 设计改进及成本降低
3. familiar with electrical parts function  utilization as well as automation principle 熟悉电气部件功能，使用以及自动控制原理
4. technical suppt to facty  field 现场和工厂技术支持
5. perfm other duties as assigned  required 其它指定的工作

key measurements:
1. crect  efficient of the tasks 正确高效的完成工作任务
2. complete the job on the target of quality, time  cost 满足质量，时间及成本的目标要求
3. suppt upper level to achieve departmental wk objective 协助，支持上级完成部门工作目标

qualification requirement:
1. education: bachel  above, electrical engineering related
教育：电气工程类相关专业本科或以上学历
2. better speaking in english
最好有一定英语口语能力
4. computer skills: experienced on autocad, microsoft office
电脑：熟悉熟练使用autocad, office办公软件；
5. other key competencies: good team wk  active wking attitude  responsibility
其它：良好的团队合作精神，工作态度积极，责任感强
