Job responsibilities
1, full knowledge of the trade process, product specifications and quality, able to give a quick reply to customers

2, ability to adjust to changing circumstances, handle customer requests, and follow the process of the orders

3, work process is composed of placement of the order to merchandiser, follow – up of the order (control of customer requests + delivery date), shipment of the order, post-sale customer service
工作的流程是将客户的订单下给采购人员,跟单(处理客户的各种需求,控制交期),给客户发货及一些售后的服务。
4,able to communicate properly with customers on the phone/mail
能够准确的和客户用邮件或电话沟通
5, able to coordinate properly with the other company departments (warehouse/accounting/merchandising)
能够很好的和公司各职能部分配合(库房/财务/采购)
任职要求:
Requirements
1, familiar dealing with international customer and domestic customer
熟悉的和国内及国外客户沟通
2, international trade, business english or english related major
国际贸易,商务英语或英语相关专业者佳
3, high level spoken and written English is compulsory
要求具备良好的英语能力, CET-4
4, has a good business development capabilities and business negotiation skills, smart, and has a strong team spirit and the ability to act independently

5, familiar with common office documents, for example: word, excel
