岗位职责:
1. Strictly compliance with OTIS global safety regulations, enforcement of company EH&S policy, to prevent each accident, near miss accident as responsibility.
严格遵守OTIS全球安全规定,执行公司EH&S政策,在个人职责范围内对每项事故、险兆有效防范,以防事故发生;
2. Fully Compliance with UTC Ethics & Business Practices requirements.
完全符合UTC道德规范认知要求;
3. Strictly compliance with Act SOX404 requirements.
严格遵守美国SOX404法案要求;
4. Build relevant policy, maintains and develops sale nets, be responsible for finding agents, train, assess and surveillance.
依据公司相关政策建立、维护和发展销售网络,负责代理商的开发、培训、评估和监督;
5. Make area sale plans, push on channels in order to gain sales goal and be responsible for achievement.
制定所辖区域销售计划,推进渠道达成销售目标,对渠道销售业绩负责;
6. Keep communication channels between agents and areas smoothly.
保持代理商和区域间顺畅的信息交流渠道;
7. Coordinate clash among channels.
协调渠道冲突;
8. Take charge of collecting and mastering all area markets information in order to know market capability clearly.
负责项目信息收集,掌握所辖区域市场的项目信息,保证对市场容量有清晰的认识;
9. Register in E-system, track the process of judgment and take part in items negotiated, contracts signs and executed.
在E系统内进行项目登记、跟踪评审进程并参与项目谈判、合同签订及合同履行中的协调;
10. Make the files such as offer letter, tender book, contacts and so on.
制作报价书、投标书、合同等文本资料;
11. Analyze items succeed and filed causes immediately, provide summarize reports of developing methods and advice.
及时分析项目成功和失败的原因,提出改进措施和建议并向上级主管提交项目总结报告;
12. Collect information of completes products, price, policy, cooperate market to make workable measure.
收集竞争对手的产品、价格、政策信息,与市场部配合制定可行的应变措施;
13. Afford relevant agents, items managed and market information reports.
提交有关代理商、项目管理、合同管理和市场信息报告;
14. Be responsible deposit, money of lading and the fund of filed, while keep contacting with agents and customers.
负责定金、提货款及货到工地款的回收,保持与客户、代理商的联络;
15. Cooperate fix monitors, protectors and the relation between account receivable commissioners and agents.
配合安装监督、维保人员及应收款专员与代理商和客户的协调工作;
任职要求:
1. Education& Certification教育背景和专业资格: Above college degree, major in mechanical or electrical engineer, or management related professional.
大专以上学历,机电类或管理类专业。
2. Experience工作经验: More than 2 years relative working experience.
2年以上相关工作经验。
3. Computer Skills计算机水平: Good computer usage skills in office software.
熟练使用办公软件。
4. Other Key Competencies其它核心能力要求:
Hard skills专业技术能力: Well know Understand the competitive environment and key competitors, Contract terms, Product knowledge of elevator and escalator.
熟练掌握了解竞争环境及主要竞争对手、合同条款、电/扶梯产品知识。
Soft skills其它胜任能力: Well know Focus on Results, Communication, Adaptability, Business Innovation, Customer Focus.
熟练掌握注重实效和结果、沟通、适应、商业创新、关注客户能力。
5. Language语言能力:Have simple English oral and written and reading.
有简单的英文沟通和读写能力。
